METAL FABRICATION SERVICES
DESIGN & ENGINEERING
TMD provides Design for Manufacturability (DFM), which is a fundamental element for successful projects. CNC PLASMA & LASER CUTTING

6GR WELDING
A weld is something that is required to be performed perfectly as it is needed to be relied upon. Therefore, welding requires extensive hands-on experience and knowledge as it involves chemistry, mechanical properties, and corrosion resistance. At TMD, our team of certified 6G welding experts will deploy Argon welding gases to provide you with precision solutions that meet your specifications. With our knowledge of steel, stainless, aluminum, and other ferrous and non-ferrous materials, there are few jobs that we cannot do.
PAINTING & POWDER COATING
Our Painters are certified by PPG Industries, Inc and therefore can prepare metal surfaces from SSPC 1 to SSPC 10. After the surface has been prepared, we will apply, measure, and document the thickness of each primer and paint coat to ensure that it meets the specified tolerances. In cases where galvanizing is needed, we will invite in and coordinate with a third-party expert before painting so that you have one less worry. This allows you to save on extra handling costs and allows us to have total control over the final product's quality and delivery schedules.
ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
We can not only manufacture your metal parts but can assemble your final product as well. Collaborating closely with our mechanical and electrical engineering department, our team can assemble, paint, mount, install, inspect, and conduct Rain/Sand/Humidity tests to products such as shipping container server room and workspaces to Military and Professional Engineer's standards. We can also provide integrated logistics support e.g. Operators Manual to offer you a complete turnkey package. This ensures that the final product will be working as designed and envisioned.
